I am the Director and CEO of Asare Estates Ltd. I am an enthusiastic Lawyer by profession and an elected Councillor, with a strong commitment to property management and investment. As a homeowner myself, I have always been driven to build a property portfolio, with a particular focus on property deal sourcing and finding profitable investment opportunities in the property market for Investors and Landlords.

I worked as a Property Investment Consultant, where I sourced and connected Investors and Landlords with tailored opportunities. This role and experience sharpened my skills in marketing, client relations, and negotiation, which I now leverage to run my own successful property business. I have built strong relationships with estate agents, vendors, investors, and landlords by ensuring clear communication and providing consistent updates throughout every stage of the property journey.

I am deeply passionate about the marketing and administrative aspects of property, as well as the hands-on process of securing deals and negotiating favourable terms with clients. I am committed to continuously expanding my knowledge to successfully navigate and secure property transactions. I am interested in social housing and supported living accommodation, providing homes for vulnerable people, those with special needs, or those at risk of homelessness.

Additionally, I have a keen interest in dealing with Landlords who are looking to sell and buy their property portfolio and in BRRR (Buy, Refurbish, Rent, Refinance) strategies. I take great satisfaction in identifying the right properties, securing competitive financing, and overseeing refurbishments with trusted contractors.
